Eric Peeters, vice president, Dow Corning Solar Solutions, discussed policy changes in the U.S. that would support and accelerate growth of the solar PV industry during an interview with Photovolatics World  magazine at the Solar Power International (SPI) 10 conference and expo in Los Angeles, California.

“With the right policy making, with the right things in place, this market is really going to accelerate and, above all, create jobs and really stimulate the green economy,” said Peeters.

The three-day business-to-business solar conference and expo attracted 1,000+ exhibitors, 200+ presenters and 27,000+ attendees, 41% of which hold executive management positions. SPI is North America’s largest solar conference and expo, the premiere solar event for investors, policy makers, potential customers and other parties to come together and continue building the solar industry.
