Dow Corning China successfully showcased proven silicone coating additive solutions as well as newly developed products at CHINACOAT 2011 last week.

Dow Corning featured a broad range of multifunctional silicone-based materials and sustainable solutions for all aspects of the coatings industry. As well as featuring Dow Corning® brand silicone additives, the company introduced newly developed products including Dow Corning® 87 Additive and Dow Corning® 88 Additive with water beading and water repellency properties.

The new products, as well as new families of additives for wetting and for leveling and slip,offer excellent performance in a variety of coatings systems.

The products were introduced during the seminar, “Dow Corning 2011: New Additive Product Introductions for the Paints & Inks Industry.” Robin Shen, Dow Corning Coating China Technical Expert, presented.
