Dow Performance Silicones Technology on Display at BondExpo 2017

Graco’s new Unixact Automated Fluid Dispense Platform leverages the processability of Dow Corning® EA-9189H White Silicone Adhesive in live demonstration at Booth 6245

Dow Performance Silicones’ technology is on display this week as part of a live display of Graco B.V.B.A.’s new Unixact Automated Fluid Dispense Platform in Booth 6245, Hall 6 at BondExpo 2017 here at Messe Stuttgart. Specifically, Graco’s integrated automated cell is dispensing Dow Corning® EA-9189H White Silicone Adhesive on printed circuit boards to demonstrate how the material’s easy processability supports the equipment’s high positional and dispensing accuracy.

EA-9189H Adhesive is a one-part thermally conductive adhesive that offers easy-processing, fast tack-free cure and excellent heat dissipation. It not only eases processing operations for equipment suppliers like Graco, it can also help improve the performance and reliability of a broad range of electronics and lighting applications. End-uses include bonding and thermal management for LED boards, automotive electronics, industrial, energy and automation equipment and sensors, consumer electronics and air conditioning units.

Graco, a leading provider of fluid handling equipment for contractor and industrial applications, develops platforms for pumping, metering, mixing and dispensing a wide variety of medium- to high-viscosity sealant and adhesives. Its new Unixact Automated Fluid Dispense Platform, a completely integrated automated dispensing cell is designed for bonding of small- to medium- sized parts.

Experts from both Dow and Graco will be on hand at BondExpo to discuss how the silicone and processing equipment on display can help you achieve your design and manufacturing goals. For more information, please see the contact information below.

Scheduled to run from Oct. 9 to 12, BondExpo features innovations in joining and bonding components through gluing, molding, sealing and foaming.
